The broken, dashed lines in the figures show portions of the shoe that form no part of the claimed design. The shoe upper illustrated in the figures is a first embodiment showing a left-footed form of the shoe upper. A second embodiment for the right-footed form of the shoe upper, which is a mirror image of the left-footed form, is not illustrated but is also claimed.
