[0004] FIG. 4 is a front view of the fourth image thereof;

[0005] FIG. 5 is a front view of the fifth image thereof;

[0006] FIG. 6 is a front view of the sixth image thereof;

[0007] FIG. 7 is a front view of the first image in a sequence of a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface showing my new design according to a second embodiment;

[0008] FIG. 8 is a front view of the second image thereof;

[0009] FIG. 9 is a front view of the third image thereof;

[0010] FIG. 10 is a front view of the fourth image thereof;

[0013] The outer perimeter broken lines in the drawings represent a display screen or portion thereof and form no part of the claimed design.

[0015] The appearance of the transitional graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1 through 6 and in FIGS. 7 through 12, respectively. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

[0016] The grayscale portions shown within the drop arrow in FIG. 1 and the vertical slide bar on the lower-right side of FIGS. 1-6 form part of the claimed design. The grayscale tones in the drawings represent a contrast in appearance that forms part of the claimed design.
