Baffle plate for a pipe expander

Abstract

An electric pipe expander and an intelligent control circuit for the electric pipe expander. The electric pipe expander comprises a pipe expander body (1) and a mandrel sliding cavity (2) provided on the pipe expander body (1); a chuck body (4) that can hold a pipe (3) to be processed is provided at an open end of the mandrel sliding cavity (2); a mandrel (5) is slidingly connected in the mandrel sliding cavity (2); an obliquely-disposed expansion cone (6) is provided at external end of the mandrel (5), and an elastic body accommodating cavity (7) is provided at an internal end thereof; a flat key (10) is provided on the mandrel (5); and an elastic body (12) is interposed between the flat key (10) and a bottom surface of the elastic body accommodating cavity (7). The electric pipe expander has a simple structure, high pipe positioning accuracy, and good pipe socket processing quality.
