The “11”, “12”, “13”, “14”, “15”, “16”, “17”, 18″, “19”, “20”, “21” and “22” indicia and splined curve shown in FIG. 1 through FIG. 5 and in FIG. 9 identify the enlarged areas. The double dot-dash broken lines form no part of the claimed design.
