[0020] This design is the workwear top with a lapel in form of storage neckband, which the collar formed around the neck can accommodate the portable bottle, providing a cool feeling an convenient drinking water or beverage through the intake pipe connected to the portable bottle to improve the work efficiency; on both ends of the collar, the openings with the elastic band to allow the intake pipe etc., connected to the portable bottle to be pulled out, and buckles etc. to fasten the collar are provided; for allowing the portable bottle to be easily inserted or removed a zipper is formed on the back of the collar in design 1, and the opening with a straight cut and an opening cover to be combined with hook and loop are formed on one side of the cylindrical collar in design 2; reproductions 1.1 and 2.1 are perspective views, reproductions 1.8 and 2.8 are reference views of perspective views showing the insertion of the portable bottle into the lapel of the present design and reproduction 2.9 is reference view of the opening formed in the collar and the state in which the cover is opened; the part shown by means of solid line in the reproductions is the part to be registered as a partial design. The broken lines within the reproductions depict portions of the workwear top that form no part of the claimed design. The stippling within FIG. 2.9 in the reproductions shows shading that defines the contours of the workwear top and does not reflect a particular surface ornamentation or material.
