[0004] FIG. 4 is an enlarged fragmentary perspective view thereof taken along Line 4 of FIG. 1;

[0005] FIG. 5 is an enlarged fragmentary front elevational view thereof taken along Line 5-5 of FIG. 2; and,

[0006] FIG. 6 is an enlarged fragmentary right side elevational view thereof taken along Line 6 of FIG. 3; the left side elevational view being identical thereto.
