[0002] FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof. The top, bottom, and rear elevation views thereof are identical.
[0003] FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof.
[0004] FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof; the right side view is identical; and,
[0005] FIG. 5 is an enlarged fragmentary view from upper 5-5 to lower 5-5 as provided in FIG. 2.
