That is, in FIG. 1, the broken lines within the article represent an unclaimed logo, and the broken lines surrounding the article represent an unclaimed boundary; in FIG. 2, the broken lines illustrate unclaimed portions of the article and an unclaimed boundary; and, in FIG. 7, the broken lines within the article represent an unclaimed holder for a physiological monitor present on a surface of the article, and the broken lines surrounding the article represent an unclaimed boundary.
