Description

[0001] FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a directive nozzle;

[0002] FIG. 2 is a left or a right side view of the directive nozzle indicating a sectional line;

[0003] FIG. 3 is a cross-section side view of the directive nozzle according to sectional line depicted in FIG. 2, and FIG. 3 includes a portion indicator for portions shown in FIG. 4;

[0004] FIG. 4 is an enlarged partial view of the cross-sectional side view of the directive nozzle according to the portion indicator shown in FIG. 3;

[0005] FIG. 5 is a top perspective view of the directive nozzle section shown in FIG. 3;

[0006] FIG. 6 is a left or a right side view of the directive nozzle indicating a sectional line for sections shown in FIGS. 7, 8, and 9;

[0007] FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional side view of the directive nozzle according to the sectional line depicted in FIG. 6, and FIG. 7 includes portion indicators for portions shown in FIGS. 8 and 9;

[0008] FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a portion of the directive nozzle sliced according to the portion indicator shown in FIG. 7;

[0009] FIG. 9 is a partial side view of the directive nozzle according to the portion indicator shown in FIG. 7;

[0010] FIG. 10 is a side view of the directive nozzle;

[0011] FIG. 11 is a top view of the directive nozzle; and,

[0012] FIG. 12 is a bottom view of the directive nozzle.

[0013] The directive nozzle (e.g., or a portion thereof) can be used to (i) direct a flowable material such as gas and / or (ii) couple to a window such as an optical window (for transmitting a laser beam therethrough). The nozzle may be monolithic. The nozzle may be generated by three-dimensional printing. The nozzle may be utilized in a three-dimensional printer. The nozzle may be generated from a material comprising an elemental metal or a metal alloy. The nozzle may direct flow of the flowable material from its side openings, along its stationary vanes, towards one of its ends, e.g., with minimal (e.g., no) (i) turbulence and / or (ii) back flow. The nozzle may have a height of at least about 20 millimeters (mm), 24 mm, 28 mm, or 30 mm; to about 30 mm, 34 mm, or 38 mm. The nozzle may have a smallest inner diameter of at least about 95 mn, 104 mm, 114 mm, or 124 mm; and at most about 114 mm, 124 mm, 134 mm, or 144 mm. The nozzle may have a largest outer diameter of at least about 124 mm, 134 mm, 144 mm, or 154 mm; to about 154 mm, 164 mm, 174 mm, or 184 mm.

[0014] The terms “top,”“bottom,”“front,”“rear,”“left,” and “right,” are used to designate relative directions with respect to the nozzle. The terms “top” and “bottom” may be relative to a gravitational center. The broken lines in the drawings represent various shape portions of the directive nozzle that form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a directive nozzle, as shown and described.
