Description
The present invention relates to N-substituted dioxocyclobutenylamino-3-hydroxypicolinamide compounds of the formulas (IA and IB) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof, which inhibit the CC6 chemokine receptor (CCR6), to pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds, and to the use of these compounds for treating or preventing diseases, conditions, or disorders that are improved by inhibition of CCR6.
