Description
This document provides anti-LAP antibodies (e.g., humanized, chimeric, and recombinant human anti-LAP antibodies) or antigen-binding fragments thereof that have therapeutically beneficial properties, such as specific binding to LAP-TGFB1 in cells but not to LAP-TGFB1 in the extracellular matrix, as well as compositions containing them. Uses of these antibodies or antigen-binding fragments in therapeutic applications, such as cancer treatment and diagnostic applications, are also provided.
