The present invention relates to novel crystalline amorphous and polymorphic forms of 4-(2-(5-chloro-2-fluorophenyl)-5-isopropylpyridine-4-ylamino)-N-(1,3-dihydroxypropan-2-yl)nicotinamide and methods for their preparation; the invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing at least one polymorphic form and to the therapeutic or prophylactic use of such compositions and polymorphic forms.
