Description
This application describes anti-PMEL17 antibodies, antigen-binding fragments thereof, and drug-antibody conjugates of said antibodies or antigen-binding fragments conjugated to a GNAQ inhibitor, GNA11. The invention further relates to methods for treating or preventing cancer using the antibodies, antigen-binding fragments, and drug-antibody conjugates. Methods for preparing the antibodies, antigen-binding fragments, and drug-antibody conjugates, and methods for using the antibodies and antigen-binding fragments as diagnostic reagents, are also described.
