Description
The present invention relates generally to a construction method for urban transformation to create a publicly accessible tropical-style bathing lagoon with crystal-clear turquoise waters within vacant or abandoned sites, for swimming and water sports, wherein a portion of the vacant site is demolished to create a bathing lagoon. Preferably, there is a controlled access area within the swimming lagoon, and a beach area is located within the controlled access area.
