Description
This application relates to antibodies that bind specifically to the T-cell activation suppressor containing immunoglobulin V domain (VISTA) at acidic pH and their use in the treatment of cancer. In some formulations, the antibodies bind specifically to human VISTA at acidic pH, but do not bind significantly to human VISTA at neutral or physiological pH.
