RET kinase inhibitors are provided herein according to the formula: (see image). Pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, pharmaceutical compositions thereof, and methods for their use in the treatment of diseases treatable with a RET kinase inhibitor, including RET-associated diseases and disorders.
