METHODS FOR CREATING PATTERNS ON GOLF CLUB HEADS

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for shaping a golf club head pattern to address the problem of inaccurate pattern shaping and material spillage. The method consists of: providing a shielding transfer film, the shielding transfer film having a film body and at least one shield body, the shield body being attached to the film body and detachable to the film body, the shield body forming a predetermined pattern on the film body; attaching the shielding transfer film to the working surface of the club head, so that at least one shield body is transferred onto the working surface of the club head; after the shield body is transferred onto the working surface of the club head, remove the film body and dry the working surface with the shield body at a temperature of 150-190°C for 20-60 minutes; perform a covering treatment on the working surface of the club head with the shield body, so that the film covers the shield body and the uncovered working surface; and remove the shield body and the film on the shield body, so that the film, once removed, reveals the predetermined pattern.
