Organic light-embouring display device

Abstract

The term "organic light-emitting display" refers to an organic light-emitting display device. This device consists of a substrate with a display area for the image and a peripheral area. The peripheral area is adjacent to the display area. A first layer of organic insulation is placed on the substrate. This first layer of organic insulation includes a gap to separate the first layer of organic insulation from the peripheral area. Multiple organic light-emitting devices are arranged on the substrate. Each of the organic light-emitting devices consists of a first electrode, a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode, arranged sequentially on top of the first organic insulator. The second electrode covers the light-emitting layer and the gap. The second organic insulator is arranged on top of the first organic insulator and includes a first gap exposing the middle of the first electrode and a second gap covering the gap. The coating covers the second electrode.
