Abstract

Splitting refers to the method of generating video codes in the encoder, where the encoded video sequence includes: determining predictive information for blocks in the encoded image, predictive information for indicators: The intra block copy (IRC) prediction mode is used to generate block codes, and indices to select candidate block vector predictors from a list of candidate block vector predictors for the block, where the list of candidate block vector predictors is based on the same set of predictors for each mode, namely the implicit mode and the explicit mode, and the candidate block vector predictor is to reconstruct the block according to the selected candidate block vector predictor; and one of: a non-existent difference and a list of candidate block vector forecasters with the first number of candidate block vector forecasters; or a existent difference and a list of candidate block vector forecasters with the second number of candidate block vector forecasters.
