The central air conditioning system, hot and cold, is based on radiant heat collection and radiant heat dissipation, comprising a compressor (3), liquid storage unit (4), indoor unit (1) and outdoor unit (2) connected in sequence, in which the outdoor unit (2) includes a radiant heat collector (20); the radiant heat collector (20) includes a protective plate (200), a heat absorber plate (201), and a core plate (202); the heat absorber plate (201) is placed between the core plate (202) and the protective plate (200); The core plate (202) consists of the heat exchange medium inlet (204) and the heat exchange medium outlet (205); and the heat absorber plate (201) is used to transfer the absorbed heat to the circulating heat exchange medium in the core plate (202). The heat absorber plate (201) collects the heat, and then transfers this heat to the heat exchange medium flowing into the core plate (202); and this heat-carrying heat exchange medium is compressed by the compressor (3), and then goes into the indoor unit (1) for heat exchange.
