Abstract

The invention reveals methods of transmission and network equipment, communication systems, and vertical storage media using computers. This method includes the following steps: 1'h.ict receives the first message sent by the second network device, where the first message is used to indicate whether the first network device has created a default data radio bearer (DRB) channel configuration, and whether the first and second network devices are network devices that provide multi-connection services to the same end device. The first network device determines, based on the first message, whether the first network device has created a default DRB configuration. According to this technical solution, multiple network devices can negotiate permission to create a default DRB configuration in dual-connection or multi-connection scenarios, preventing a situation where all network devices create default DRB configurations for a session in dual-connection or multi-connection scenarios.
