Abstract

The invention proposes a method for detecting solidification vibrations, a method for early detection of solidification vibrations, and a method for operating a blast furnace using a related method. In the solidification vibration detection method, solidification vibrations in the lower part of the blast furnace are detected by using the amount of heat supplied to the cast iron in the lower part of the blast furnace and the amount of heat removed from the cast iron within a predetermined time interval.
