Abstract

The invention relates to a device for wrapping and a method for constructing such a device. The device consists of a first insulating layer, a first metallic layer placed on the surface of the first insulating layer, and a metallized structure embedded in the first insulating layer, the metallized structure occupying only a portion of the volume of the first insulating layer, the metallized structure having a higher conduction density than the conduction density of the first metallic layer.
