The invention relates to an organic light-emitting diode containing a reflector electrode; a transparent electrode facing the reflector electrode; a first emitting part containing a first emitting layer of material and positioned between the reflector electrode and the neutral electrode, the first emitting layer being a fluorescent emitting layer consisting of a fourth compound as a fluorescent dopant; The second emission layer contains a second layer of emitting material and is positioned between the first emission layer and the transparent electrode. The second emitting material is a phosphorescent emitting layer consisting of the first compound as a phosphorescent dopant, in which the ratio of the second peak emission intensity of the first phosphorescent dopant compound in the second emitting material layer to the first peak emission intensity of the first phosphorescent dopant compound in the second emitting material layer is 0.5 or less. The invention also relates to an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display device containing an organic light-emitting diode.
