Abstract

The term "lightweight" refers to lighting equipment capable of maintaining high efficiency while reducing blue light emission. This lighting device includes: a first light source; and a second light source with lower luminous efficiency than the first light source and lower luminous intensity than the first light source in the blue wavelength region, where the power supply to the first and second light sources is such that the ratio between the power consumption of the first light source and the power consumption of the second light source is 1:n, and n is greater than 1.
