Abstract

The invention relates to a procedure for obtaining concentrated chelating of minerals with amino acids or small peptides comprising a list of essential soybean amino acids, wherein the reaction mixture is prepared by diluting a source of naturally occurring soybean amino acids which may be obtained by adding a coke of synthetic soybean amino acids to water, in a ratio of 1: 4 - 7. The amount of amino acids per volume of water, with the physical reaction environment transformed into an emulsion through micro-splitting using rotations from 2,500 to 5,000 rpm, and the chemical equilibrium being the excess of metal ions compared to the ligand ions of amino acids in soybean, in a molar ratio varying in approximately 1:1.2 to 1:8 between divalent metal ions and amino acid ions, respectively. Concentrated chelating minerals with amino acids from the list of essential soybean amino acids, at concentrations higher than current levels, demonstrate potential for industrial applications as food supplements or in animal feed.
