Coil assembly

Abstract

The design refers to the coil assembly (1) comprising the first core (10), the second core (20), and the base (30) in which the receiving cavity (32) is made. The second core (20) includes the flat plate (22) and the foot (24). The foot (24) extends from a part of the flat plate (22) towards the bottom of the receiving cavity (32) along the axis of the coil (50). The receiving cavity (32) includes the first gap (34) and the second gap (36). The wire-wound core (12) of the first core (10) is received in the first void (34). The second void (36) is different from the first void (34). Chan (24) is received in the second void (36). The base (30) has a foot limiter (38). The foot limiter (38) is positioned inside the foot (24) in the axial direction.
