The illuminating element has a base and the illuminating components and the first group of control signal lines are placed on the base; each illuminating element has a group of illuminating sub-elements, and each illuminating sub-element has a first electrode and a second electrode; the first control signal line in each group of first control signal lines is structured to be connected to the first electrode of the corresponding illuminating sub-electronic element; The light-emitting element k in column N and the light-emitting element k in column (N+l) respectively have translational distances along the column direction that are smaller than the distance between two adjacent light-emitting elements in the same column along the column direction, and N and k are both positive integers greater than 0; The first group of control signal lines is placed between the Nth column of the light-emitting elements and the (N+1)th test column of the light-emitting elements, and extends in a zigzag pattern along the column direction, passing successively through the Nth column of the light-emitting elements and the (N+1)th column of the light-emitting elements; each light-emitting element allows the passage of two adjacent first groups of control signal lines.
