Methods for decoding and encoding video and invariable media read by computers used to stor data associated with video signals

Abstract

This invention relates to a method for decoding video that may include the following steps: decoding information indicating whether a non-zero transformation factor is present in the current block; when information indicates that a non-zero transformation factor is present in the current block, determining the scan order of the current block; and decoding the transformation factor contained in the current block in the determined scan order. This invention also relates to a method for encoding video and a means of immutability that can be read by a computer.
