Abstract

The term refers to the equipment, system, and method of encoding color palette mode. The video processing method used as an example includes the step of performing a transformation between the block of the video region and the bitstream representation of the video. The bitstream representation is processed according to the first formatting rule which determines whether the first indicator using color palette mode is signaled to the block and the second formatting rule which determines the position of the first indicator relative to the second indicator using prediction mode for the block.
