Abstract

The framework refers to user devices, wireless network components, and methods of operating these devices. In one respect, the network component transmitting to the UE (User Equipment) includes at least one neural network function configured to facilitate data processing, localization measurements into one or more localization measurement features at the UE, and at least one neural network function dynamically created based on machine learning assigned to one or more historical measurement procedures. The UE can acquire localization data connected to the UE and can process this localization data into a set of corresponding localization features based on at least one neural network function. The UE can report the processed set of localization features to the network component, such as the BS or LMF.
