Catalytic fluidized conversion process for the production of low-carbonate olefins from hydrocarbons

Abstract

The invention proposes a fluidized bed catalytic conversion process for the production of low-carbon olefins (light olefins) from hydrocarbons, including: carrying out the conversion of olefin-rich feedstock in the first reaction zone of a fluidized bed catalytic converter; contacting the heavy feedstock with the reaction stream from the first reaction zone in the second reaction zone of the reactor for reaction; separating the effluent from the reactor; and recycling the obtained olefin-rich stream back to the first reaction zone for the next reaction. This process can improve the utilization rate of petroleum resources and yield high production and selectivity of ethylene, propylene, and butylene.
