Abstract

The invention relates to an engine exhaust gas handling device mounted in the crankcase of an engine. The crankcase comprises a right crankcase and a left crankcase, and this crankcase is in conjunction with the crankshaft, the drive mechanism is fixed on the crankshaft, the balance shaft, the driven mechanism is fixed on the balance shaft, and the exhaust gas structure. The crankshaft operates in synchronous motion with the balance shaft. The engine's exhaust gas handling unit is characterized by the following: when viewed from the right side of the engine, the exhaust structure is positioned between the right crankcase and the right crankcase housing, which is the right crankcase protective cover, and the exhaust structure is partially enclosed with the balance shaft. Accordingly, the engine's exhaust gas handling unit can reduce the dimensions of the upper and lower parts of the engine, and this optimizes the space arrangement between the engine and the chassis.
