Abstract

The invention relates to an optical image stabilization actuator and camera module. The optical image stabilization actuator comprises a sensor base on which a light-generating surface sensor is mounted; a fixed frame constructed to contain the sensor base; a movable frame contained within the fixed frame and constructed to move in a direction parallel to the light-generating surface; and a first ball bearing located between the fixed frame and the movable frame and constructed to support the movement of the movable frame. The first drive unit is arranged on both the movable and fixed frames and is structured to provide drive force to the movable frame, where the sensor base includes a movable part coupled with the movable frame, a fixed part coupled with the fixed frame, and multiple bridges structured to support the movable part in a movable manner.
