Abstract

The invention relates to antibodies for the treatment or prevention of autoimmune diseases. The antibodies in the invention include the heavy chain variation region described in SEQ ID NO: 1 or SEQ ID NO: 24 and the light chain variation region described in SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 11, SEQ ID NO: 13, SEQ ID NO: 15, SEQ ID NO: 17 or SEQ ID NO: 25. The invention also relates to antibody conjugates, fusion proteins, and multispecific antibodies including their antigen-binding membranes. The invention relates to an isolated polypeptide and an isolated polynucleotide encoding the isolated polypeptide; a vector and a host cell containing the isolated polynucleotide.
