Methods and equipment for decoding video and invariable media data read by computers

Abstract

The term "creative" refers to the methods and equipment, for example, used to create video data. The example device for encoding video data includes configured memory for storing video data, and one or more processors implemented in the circuit and coupled to the memory. One or more processors are configured to determine the value of the first syntax element indicating whether the first constraint can be applied; the first constraint being that rectangular slices cannot be used for multiple images. One or more processors are also configured to decode multiple images of data based on the value of the first syntactic element. The invention relates to a method and apparatus for decoding video data and invariant media readable by a computer.
