Abstract

The invention relates to a method (1200) for decoding the transformation block in a frame from bit stops. The method includes steps for decoding the single-reduced binary from bit streams, single-reduced binary being used for horizontal and vertical transformation of the frame transformation block. Subsequently, the method for determining horizontal and vertical transformation types based on binary reduction is solved and the transformation block in the image frame is decoded by applying the determined horizontal and vertical transformation types to the image's transformation block.
