Abstract

The term "relay" refers to communication relay equipment and computer program storage media that enable improved communication quality by mobile stations. Communication relay equipment includes a detection unit and a control unit. The detection unit detects mobile stations located within the coverage area created by the remote units. The control unit manages the communication resources used by the remote units to communicate with the mobile station, based on the detection results of the detection unit.
