Abstract

The invention reveals methods and apparatus for transferring information through networks, devices, and storage media. The method involves: sending a first interface message to the second network quadrant, where the first interface message contains information related to the UE; and receiving a UE context modifier command triggered by the second network quadrant, where the UE context modifier command is identified and triggered by the first interface message, and the UE context modifier command is configured to trigger the transfer of the target UE from the source network to the target network.
