Abstract

The invention relates to a circuit breaker (10) which is a circuit breaker that switches on and off the electrical connection between the load and the power supply. The circuit breaker (10) comprises an arc extinguishing grid (82) which separates the arc generated when the contact part (11) arranged in the line in the circuit breaker (10) is opened, an arc horn (81), a housing (20) which contains the arc extinguishing grid (82) and the arc horn (81). The arc horn (81) consists of the electrode part which is floated with the electrical path, the arc conductor part opposite the arc suppression grid (82), and the fixed part which connects the electrode part and the arc conductor part and is fixed to the casing (20). The width of the arc conductor part is narrower than the width of the narrowest part of the fixed part.
