Abstract

This invention proposes a method and a machine for adjusting a user interface, electronic device, and chip. The user interface adjustment method includes: receiving first-touch input on the icon adjustment control in the case of a linked icon adjustment control, where the icon adjustment control includes multiple adjustment areas and each adjustment area is linked to a different icon display parameter; In response to the first touch input, determine the target adjustment area corresponding to the first touch input and the target icon display parameters associated with the target adjustment area; and adjust the display parameters of the target application icon to the target icon display parameters.
