Abstract

The invention relates to an absorbent device (1) that is oriented upwards / downwards, left / rightwards, and forward / backwards perpendicular to each other, and has a crotch and lumbar section which includes the lumbar section on one side (20) and the lumbar section on the other side (30). The absorbent item (1) is characterized by the following: the ends of the waist section on this side (20) and the waist section on the other side (30) on at least one side in the left / right direction are joined at the joint (2a, 2b) and have a fastening part (5); the base end of the fastening part (5) is fixed to the waist sections (20, 30) by the fastening part (F1); the front end of the fastening part (5) has an interlocking part (51) which is interlocking in a detachable manner with the non-skin surface of the waist section (20, 30); and at least part of the fixed portion (Fl) is also the cutting guide that cuts at least part of the lumbar portion.
