Abstract

The invention relates to a method of synchronizing code words, communication devices, chips, chip systems, computer-readable storage media, and network systems. In this method, the candidate bit is determined in multiple bits of the data stream received by the receiver, and the synchronization position is determined based on the candidate bit, wherein the synchronization position indicates the starting position of the code word in the data stream. The method is a self-synchronization method, and the technical efficiency of code synchronization with high accuracy for the data stream at the receiver side can be achieved without inserting additional data into the data stream at the transmitter side, and the synchronization performance achieves high reliability.
