The invention relates to different salt forms of compound (I) represented by the following structural formulas, and their corresponding pharmaceuticals. Specific single-crystal forms of compound (I) succinate in a ratio of 1:1.5, compound (I) hydrochloride salt in a ratio of 1:1, and compound (I) omirate salt in a ratio of 1:1 are characterized by a wide range of physical properties and quantities. The invention also relates to a method for preparing specific crystalline forms.
