Abstract

The invention proposes a feedback method, communication device, and computer-readable recording device for improving the accuracy of channel measurement. By this method, the first communication device can receive the first information. The first piece of information includes at least one of the following types of information: information indicating the amount of channel state information (CS1) required for calculating channel variation, the type of CS1 and the rules for calculating channel variation, or a feedback suggestion parameter. The feedback suggestion parameter indicates the type of feedback suggested. The first piece of information is used to select the second communication device. The first communication device can determine, based on the first information, which second communication device(s) will be activated and send a second PPDU, in order to activate the second communication device(s) to send a response. Therefore, the first communication device receives the response. This patent applies to local area network systems supporting next-generation Wi-Fi protocols such as 802.11x, for example, 802.11 series protocols such as 802.11be or EHT.
