Hollow wall panels and methods for manufacturing them

Abstract

The invention relates to a prefabricated hollow wall panel consisting of two precast concrete panels, first and second (1, Γ), joined together, wherein the first precast concrete panel (1) includes protruding details at the corners of the panel (2) with bolt holes in the first and second directions (4,5), concrete lugs (3) with bolt holes along the thickness of the panel (6); the second precast concrete panel (1') includes concrete lugs (3') with bolt holes along the thickness of the panel (6'); in which the first and second precast concrete slabs (1, Γ) are joined together by suitable connecting means fitted through loose bolt holes along the thickness of the slabs (6, 6') of the corresponding concrete blocks (3, 3'), to form a complete precast hollow wall panel; and bolt holes in the first and second directions (4, 5) are used to install through which connecting means connect adjacent prefabricated hollow wall panels together horizontally and vertically or connect those prefabricated hollow wall panels to the floor, beam, column structural system to form a wall
