Abstract

The invention relates to a luminous device. This light-emitting device comprises a first light-emitting element consisting of a first n-type semiconductor layer, a first active layer, a first p-type semiconductor layer, and a first transparent electrode; a second light-emitting element positioned on top of the first and comprising a second n-type semiconductor layer, a second active layer, a second p-type semiconductor layer, and a second transparent electrode; and a third light-emitting element positioned on top of the second and comprising a third n-type semiconductor layer and a third active layer. The third p-type semiconductor layer, and the third transparent electrode, the first adhesive layer is arranged between the first and second light-emitting elements and comprises the first bonding patterns that are adhesive and conductive, and the second adhesive layer is arranged between the second and third light-emitting elements and comprises the second bonding patterns that are adhesive and conductive, in which the third light-emitting element has a mesa structure that exposes a portion of the second bonding patterns of the second adhesive layer.
