Water-based coating products and methods for manufacturing coating films

Abstract

The invention relates to a water-based coating composition with excellent storage stability even in a single package and capable of producing coatings with good workability such as bending and good crack resistance and good scratch resistance during processing. The aqueous coating preparation of the invention contains a film-forming resin (A), a crosslinking agent (B), a sulfuric acid compound (C), and an amine compound (D), in which the film-forming resin (A) consists of acrylic resin (Al), the film-forming resin (A) has a hydroxyl value greater than or equal to 5 mg KOH / g and less than or equal to 35 mg KOH / g; the crosslinking agent (B) consists of fully alkylated mclamine resin (B1); and the molar neutralization ratio of the acid group of the sulfonic acid compound (C) by the amine compound (D) is greater than or equal to 100% and less than or equal to 1300%.
