Abstract
The invention relates to a solar panel assembly. Solar panel (1) on Fig. 1 up to Fig. 3 includes crystalline solar panels and thin-film solar panels, having at least at the edges of two opposite faces (4, 5), having frames (6, 7), for use in fixed tilt solar systems (Fig. 2), as well as for use in fixed tilt solar systems (Fig. 3), arranged with coupling parts (8, 9, 16, 26) on Fig. 4A, Fig. 5A, Fig. 6, Fig. 8, Fig. 11, Fig. 13, Fig. 16 to Fig. 20b, together with rails (2) on Fig. 6, Fig. 8, Fig. 11, Fig. 13 to Fig. 15, Fig.20, Fig.23, also have connecting parts (10, 11, 15, 25) arranged in coordination, basically in the form of blades (15, 25) and grooves (8, 16, 26), in which the connecting parts are arranged with integrated mechanical locking details (12, 28, 37) to prevent the drift or separation of the solar panel and the connected rail in a direction perpendicular to the solar panel surface and parallel to the solar panel surface. Furthermore, the coupled tongue and groove are balanced by a set of forces as shown in Fig. 8, Fig. 25, and are integrated to support each other and to support the solar panel with combined mechanical strength, offering the opportunity to reduce material usage, reduce size, reduce packaging materials, reduce shipping costs, reduce installation time, as well as limit installer errors and other benefits.
