Continuous magnifying infrared lens with integrated focusing mechanism

Abstract

The patent describes a continuous magnification thermal imaging lens with an integrated focusing mechanism, minimizing translation curve distortion, and compatible with HD resolution sensors. Specifically, this lens operates in the mid-infrared wavelength range of 35µF (Mid Wavelength Infrared-Reduction), compatible with 1280 x 1024 pixel resolution sensors with a pixel size of 10µM. The lens features active focusing capabilities across a wide temperature range and a long observation focal length thanks to its integrated focusing mechanism with the magnification mechanism. The lens has minimized kinking using a displacement curve, ensuring continuity throughout the entire focal length range.
